Voiddogs (voiddogs.xyz) is an AI product photography service. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account email and authentication data (via Supabase Auth).
• Product photos you upload, plus generated studio shots.
• Credit balance, plan, and payment events from Dodo Payments.
• Basic usage data needed to run the app (generation status, errors).

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, generate images, deduct and refund credits, process payments, and keep the service working. We do not sell your photos or email list.

AI processing

Uploaded photos and prompts are sent to xAI (Grok Imagine) so we can create edited product shots. xAI processes that content to fulfill the request. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

Payments

Card details are handled by Dodo Payments. We store customer and transaction identifiers needed to add credits after a successful payment, not your full card number.

Retention

Uploads and generated images stay in your account so you can download them from History. You can ask us to delete your account and stored images by emailing hello@voiddogs.xyz.
